Mr. Borshow Chen, who is graduated from Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies of National Chengchi University, starts his career in MOFA with a high ambition. Since then, he has been delegated in Boston and several years later, he became the Director General of Vietnam. Due to his great success abroad, he was nominated as the Director General of the Southern Taiwan Office since June 2016, to make a contribution to the diplomacy of our country.
